Regulations

v Always attend class on time.

  v You shall not be absent without prior permission.

  v In case of absence, a valid excuse is required.

  v You cannot record any lessons being in class or absent.

  v Lessons can be recorded with prior permission.

  v A valid reason is required to record the lessons.

  v You must not do things unrelated to the class.

  v During class, you must not mute voice.

  v During class, you must be alarmed.

  v You must abide by your teachers and respect them.

  v All classes will be closed on Saturday & Sunday

  v Monthly test will take place on last Monday of every month.

  v Half yearly exam will take place on June 15.

  v All classes will be off throughout the glorious month of Ramadan.

  v Hifz and Nazrah classes continue in the glorious month of Ramadan.

  v You must be humble to your teachers and classmates.

  v You must respond teachers’ questions without delay.

  v In case of a 7 day regular absence, you will no longer attend classes.

  v Pay your admission fee and monthly fee before you attend class.

  v Fee must be submitted by 7th of the first month of every semester.

  v In no case, fees will be refundable.
